UMPIRES
Each Organisation, Group or Association must provide the mandatory number of Umpires in order for all their competitors to be able to participate. The number of mandatory Umpires will be required subject to the number of competitors they are sending. Competing gyms must register their Umpires through Sportdata (www.sportdata.org)*.
All groups will only be permitted to enter if they provide sufficient Umpire support. The number of Umpires required will be related to the number of participants from your group. Umpires must be at least a 1st Degree Black Belt and over the age of 16.
Umpires will be required to attend for the entire duration of the event (08:00 - 20:00 Approx.) and will be provided with ample refreshments and breaks throughout the day.
Umpires are asked to officiate in Navy blue trousers, white shirt, navy blue tie, white shoes.

COACHES
All Coaches must be entered via the Sportdata system as part of your overall groups delegation. A Coaching pass will cost £10.
Coaches are asked where possible to wear their Club Tracksuit and white shoes, to ensure that Club Representatives are easily identifiable to our support team.
