For the first time ever, we will be offering Virtual Weigh-In Sessions ahead of the competition weekend on Monday 2nd March & Tuesday 3rd March 2026, between 18:00 and 21:00.

Please note: Virtual weigh-ins are available for White & Coloured Belt competitors only.

All Black Belt competitors must complete registration and weigh-in in person at either the Friday or Saturday official weigh-in sessions.

This initiative has been introduced to support our national and international competitors, particularly those travelling long distances.

We understand that managing weight alongside travel can add additional strain, and this option is designed to ease that pressure by allowing athletes to have their weight officially verified in advance.

Each club or association will be able to book a dedicated time slot with a member of the Organising Committee to have their competitors’ weight verified.

📌 Important Information

  • Virtual weigh-ins must be completed as a club/association, led by an instructor.

  • Individual competitors will not be permitted to join independently.

  • If an athlete does not attend their allocated club slot, they must complete weigh-in in person at the event.

⚖️ Weight-In Requirements

To ensure the session runs smoothly, please ensure the following are ready before your allocated time:

  • All relevant competitors present and ready

  • Competitors wearing dobok trousers and a t-shirt

  • A clear, readable digital scale and a clearly identifiable calibration weight (e.g. kettlebell or dumbbell) to verify scale accuracy

  • A SECA-approved height stick (measuring tapes are not permitted)

  • Camera/device positioned so the scale reading is clearly visible

If these requirements cannot be met, competitors will be required to complete weigh-in in person.

Details on the in-person weigh-in will be released in due course.

⏱ Booking Your Appointment

Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute time slots and can be booked using the link below.

If you are a larger club with a high number of competitors, please still book a single slot. Where possible, an additional member of the Organising Committee will join the call to assist and ensure the process runs efficiently.

Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to secure your preferred time as soon as possible.

We hope this new system will help make your competition preparation smoother and reduce unnecessary stress during travel week.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us.
